Brian Butler is an award-winning industry leader who serves as the 2027 President-Elect of the National Board of Trustees for the Community Associations Institute.
Brian is a licensed attorney and community association manager in Illinois and holds CAI's highest professional management designation, PCAM.
A past president of CAI's Illinois Chapter and former Chair of CAI's National Managers Council, Brian has received numerous industry honors, including the 2026 CAI President's Award and the 2025 Barbara D. Wick CAI Service Award.
