Village Reserve

Matt Shergalis is the Principal and founder of Village Reserve, an organization that specializes in working with homeowner associations on their reserve planning needs.  Matt is licensed Professional Civil Engineer and Reserve Specialist with extensive experience analyzing neighborhood capital maintenance and improvement plans.  He brings a hands-on approach and personal understanding to the intricacies of ensuring associations adequately fund capital projects.  Before starting Village Reserve, Matt served for 6 years as a Board member in the Village of Westclay, where he helped lead the capital maintenance of $25 million in neighborhood assets.  This includes overseeing $3million in annual assessments and capital programs well in excess of six figures peryear.  Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Trine University and a Master of Business Administration from Butler University.
